What is Lockdown Mode? When should I use it?

Lockdown Mode is an emergency switch for maximum safety.

When enabled:

• all card transactions are blocked

• new loads / top-ups to the card are disabled

• spending from your Omnera Card is temporarily frozen

You should use Lockdown Mode when:

• you suspect your device or card details may be compromised

• you see activity you don’t recognize

• you believe you’re under some kind of active cyber threat

Once activated:

• review your recent activity

• contact Omnera Support through official channels

• keep your seed phrase secure and do not share it with anyone

Lockdown Mode is designed as a panic button for peace of mind - something you might never need, but will be glad exists if things look wrong.
