Omnera was designed from day one with a specific constraint:

We do not believe in the false choice between total surveillance and total anarchy. Instead, Omnera’s fraud and compliance model is built around three principles:
Cryptographic guarantees over behavioral profiling
Protocol-level controls over blanket identity harvesting
System integrity over data hoarding
This lets us preserve no mass-KYC, no ad-tech-style tracking, no centralized behavior graph, while still running a network that is bounded, abuse-resistant, and defensible.
